It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Jeff Peden, Founder & Chief Engagement Officer of Culture Docs.

I first met Jeff at a Meeting Planners International (MPI) conference. Jeff was contracted as a presenter and I was the conference photographer. As part of my job I photographed general sessions and workshops. Before I continue you need to know that I spent 34 years in the training and development area working with business and industry within Kentucky State Government. Aside from my photography business I am the Executive Director of NELCO Training, Inc., a business and industry consortium dedicated to training of member company employees in Bardstown, Kentucky.

As I went from workshop to workshop photographing the presenters and participants for the MPI leadership I came to Jeff Peden’s’ session. I was focused on capturing the essence of the workshop. Jeff caught my ear and I began to listen. His presentation captured my interest immediately. I realized that he was someone who would be an excellent trainer for my NELCO Training, Inc. companies. His knowledge of professional leadership and customer relations was something that all NELCO members would love. He is one of the most dynamic presenters that I have had the pleasure of hearing (as a veteran of 34 years in state and local government I have heard many presentations). I stayed for almost the entire workshop.

After the MPI conference Jeff and I discussed my current role in training and development and my interest in leadership training. Jeff was invited to one of our NELCO monthly meetings as a presenter. In 2016 we contracted with Jeff to do one morning per week, 8-week leadership training. We had employees from six companies attending the training. At the end of the training each participant was given the opportunity to evaluate the training. Some of those student evaluations were the strongest, most positive I have ever read. As a result of those participant comments we (NELCO) sponsored multiple sessions in 2017, 2018, 2019, early 2020 and Spring, 2022. We also have a session coming up in September of 2022, with the hope that we will be able to do three sessions in 2023. Each session has been sold out, and some beyond normal class capacity.

The feedback we have received from both senior leadership and class participants has been outstanding. Many attendees who have been in the workforce for 20 years or more have stated that this is the best leadership training they have ever received. Obviously, we as an industry training consortium are extremely pleased with both the participation and results.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Jeff and have come to know him as a truly valuable asset to absolutely any team. Jeff is honest, dependable and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that he is an impressive communicator, a very positive person and result oriented.

His knowledge of training and development programs and expertise in leadership/customer relations training makes Jeff a valuable asset to any company/employer with a true interest in improving the soft skills of their workforce. He really put this skill set to work for the eight companies that participated in our training so far and for additional companies that will participate in 2023.

Along with his undeniable talent, Jeff Peden has always been an absolute joy to work with. He is a true team player, and always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of other people.

Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Jeff Peden to join your team to provide soft skill training. As a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer and an all-around great person, I know that he will be a beneficial addition to your training program.
